EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SCORERS
The University Games - Baseball Tournament will be held during the 1st week of the school holidays - Monday 26 Sept - Friday 30 Sept and are being held at Wanneroo Giants Baseball Club.
If you are interested in participating as a scorer please contact us - all scorers are welcome no Levels required!

 

SCORERS CLINICS

10th September
First Clinic of the season is combined with the WA Umpire Association. This is a Level 1 Clinic designed for those with a basic scoring knowledge. Click here to view flyer.
 

17th September
One of our first clinics will be held in conjustion with Carine Baseball Club who have kindly opened their doors to all who would like to attend. If you would like to learn to score please contact us with your expressions of interest for catering purposes. Click here to view the flyer.

5th October
In conjunction with Kalamunda Baseball Club we are holding a Level 0 & 1 Clinic at Maida Vale Reserve, starts at 6:30pm sharp. Click this link for more information.

Scorers Code of Conduct

Scorers are officials of the game and have to conduct themselves accordingly to the BWA code of conduct - Game Officials as stated below:

  • Place the safety and welfare of the participants above all else
  • Accept responsibility for your actions
  • Be impartial
  • Avoid any situation which may lead to a conflict of interest
  • Be courteous, respectful and open to discussion and interaction
  • Verbal abuse towards players, managers, coaches, officials or spectators will not be tolerated
  • Seek continual self-improvement through the study, performance appraisal and regular updating of competencies
  • Develop respect for teams, managers, coaches and officials
  • Be a Positive role model in behaviour and personal appearance and keep yourself informed of sound principles and seek skilled advice when necesssary.
